Move `gtkfeature.h' ... (gtkinclude_HEADERS): ... here. (gtk.defs): Pass

* gtk/Makefile.am (source_headers): Move `gtkfeature.h' ...
(gtkinclude_HEADERS): ... here.
(gtk.defs): Pass `g' flag to sed, to replace all occurances.
